* First consultation: comprehensive neurological and orthopedic examination. If your symptoms can be treated right away, we will do so.
** Extended follow-up consultation: for situations where a double appointment is needed due to complexity.
Payment at the practice
A chiropractic consultation is paid per session at the practice after your appointment. You will receive the corresponding receipt immediately, so you can submit it to your insurance provider (if applicable).
Changing or canceling appointments
We ask you to keep your appointment. Unable to make it? Please cancel at least one business day in advance. This way, we can offer the slot to someone else and keep waiting times as short as possible. In case of a no-show, we will be required to charge our no-show fee.

Reimbursement through your health insurance
Chiropractic care is increasingly covered by supplementary insurance. No deductible applies. This means you will receive the reimbursement as stated in your policy, even if you have not used any other care.

Our chiropractors are members of the NCA (Dutch Chiropractors Association), registered with the SCN (Stichting Chiropractie Nederland), and hold an AGB code (often a requirement for reimbursement).
